Nick’s eye for detail started young, learned from a father who sold high-end suit fabrics and taught him that style is in the details—right down to matching your belt to your shoes. This education continued in local custom tailor shops and on the baseball field, where Nick eventually took over sourcing high-quality gear for his team.
The real "aha!" moment came after college. When Nick’s alma mater launched a new logo, he spotted a gap in the market for gear that actually looked good. He designed a custom straw hat with a Hawaiian-print lining; what started as a 50-unit minimum quickly turned into an order of 150. When university officials reached out—frustrated by the poor quality and slow service of traditional vendors—Nick realized there was a void to fill.
One Chaptr Creative was born from that demand. Today, we’ve expanded far beyond the stadium, helping small businesses, charities, and schools elevate their look with the same discerning eye Nick developed as a kid.
